Additional Security Enhancements
We (in partnership with our record-keeper, Nationwide® Retirement Solutions) are committed to continually improving data security. Because protecting your information is important to us, additional security features will be introduced in November, 2015. The new security features will help to:
- Verify your identity
- Prevent others from gaining access to your data
- Register your device(s)
- Protect your personal information
Once the features are added, when you will log in you will be prompted to confirm or enter an account recovery email address and register your device(s) – laptop, smart phone, Internet device, etc. Please note, you will be prompted to update your username or password if they are not system compliant.
Please take all actions requested regarding your account security when you see the prompts. The updated security measures will add another layer of protection for your account.
